eFootball Point ＋ KONAMI ID Link Campaign Issue
It has come to our attention that, due to an issue, users participating in the 'eFootball Point ＋ KONAMI ID Link Campaign' were only sent 3,000 of the 5,000 eFootball Points they were entitled to. These eFootball Points were sent out to eligible users during the following (approximate) period:

27/01/2021 07:59 - 01/02/2021 01:15 (UTC)

A fix for this issue was applied on 01/02/2021, and would have taken effect sometime around 01:15 (UTC).

Affected users will be sent the missing 2,000 eFootball Points in the coming days.
They will also be sent 10,000 GP as compensation.

*The 'eFootball Point ＋ KONAMI ID Link Campaign' is still underway. Participate before 01:59 on 08/04/2021 (UTC) to earn 5,000 eFootball Points.
