Kaletech LLC was founded by Chetan Vishwas Kale to fill a void in the field of planning,design and construction of Sustainable Water & Wastewater Infrastructure.

The principal focus of Kaletech is to provide innovative cost effective solutions through application and implementation of advanced technologies to reduce capital and operation and maintenance (O&M) costs for clients in the water and wastewater treatment area, stormwater management, and water resources engineering.

​The company employs seasoned engineers with a wealth of experiences in various engineering disciplines. Its team is augmented by a pool of professional engineers and apprentices.
Kaletech supports its staff and engineering teams with an assemblage of cutting edge technology.

Kaletech is a licensed design firm based in Illinois. Its certifications include LEED AP, 40 HR OSHA Health & Safety Training, IDOT documentation of quantities, and OSHA 30-hour Construction Outreach Training.

Kaletech is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and Minority Business Enterprise(MBE) with City of Chicago. Kaletech LLC is a Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise(DBE) listed in the Illinois Unified Certification Program(IL UCP).Participating agencies include the Illinois Department of Transportation, City of Chicago, Chicago Transit Authority, Metra and Pace
